Announcing New Q Center/Social Work Study Abroad Program

We are now accepting applications for a new faculty-led Exploration Seminar titled, "Spain: Advancing Queer Policy Throughout the World?" The course is led by Q Center staff with sponsorship and support from the UW School of Social Work and CISAbroad. The focus of our program is a comparative analysis of LGBTQ rights, social movements, and the ways in which social policies affect the lived experiences of LGBTQ people in Spain and the US. We invite and encourage both undergraduate and graduate students of any major/school to apply. We are ecstatic about offering this opportunity to students and to host the first LGBTQ-themed Exploration Seminar!
