Deadline Extended to March 16th for Q Center Study Abroad

The application deadline for the Exploration Seminar Spain: Advancing Queer Policy Throughout the World was extended to March 16th, 2015. The Q Center is leading the course with sponsorship and support from the UW School of Social Work and CISAbroad. The focus of our program is a comparative analysis of LGBTQ rights, social movements, and the ways in which social policies affect the lived experiences of LGBTQ people in Spain and the US. We invite and encourage both undergraduate and graduate students of any major/school to apply. We are ecstatic about offering this opportunity to students and to host the first LGBTQ-themed Exploration Seminar and the only UW faculty-led program in Barcelona!
